Welcome to Campus Courts and Bern St. Apartments

Campus Courts and Bern St. Apartments are conveniently located one block from Miami University's campus and directly across from the Rec Center.

We are currently signing leases for the second semester of 2008-2009, and 2009-2010 school year. This lease will not automatically renew. If tenants desire to renew this lease and be assured of continued occupancy, they must execute a new agreement prior to October 1, 2008, for the 2009-2010 school year. A deposit of $400 is due upon lease signing. All tenants must be present to sign the lease.

Current Residents: Be sure to check out the Resident Center for ease of handling maintenance concerns and for tenant information.
